Refund and Cancellation Policy
At Trycyfer, we prioritize delivering exceptional business consultation and software solutions tailored to your needs. We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, so here’s our policy regarding cancellations and refunds:
Cancellation Policy
1. Consultation Services
– Clients may cancel scheduled consultation appointments up to 24 hours before the appointment time without incurring any charges.
– Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the consultation fee.
– Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full consultation fee.
2. Software Solutions
– Clients may cancel software development projects within 24 hours of signing the agreement without any penalties.
– If cancellation occurs after 24 hours, the client may be responsible for covering any expenses or work completed up to that point.
– Trycyfer reserves the right to retain a portion of the project fee as compensation for work already completed if cancellation is initiated after significant project milestones have been achieved.
Refund Policy
1. Consultation Services
– Refunds for consultation services will be provided in full if cancellation is made within the allowable time frame as outlined in the cancellation policy.
– No refunds will be issued for consultation services that have already been provided, except in cases where Trycyfer fails to deliver the agreed-upon service.
2. Software Solutions
– Refunds for software solutions will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, considering factors such as project scope, work completed, and resources expended.
– If Trycyfer is unable to fulfill its obligations outlined in the project agreement, a full or partial refund may be issued, depending on the circumstances.
Requesting Refunds or Cancellations
Clients must submit cancellation requests in writing via email to [support@trycyfer.com](mailto:support@trycyfer.com) at least 24 hours before the appointment time for consultations or within 24 hours of signing the agreement for software solutions.
Policy Updates
Trycyfer reserves the right to modify or update this refund and cancellation policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes via email or through our website.
